Debbie Knoke leads Growth Coaching International’s business functions including finance, administration, customer service and HR. She joined GCI in 2009; bringing to the global education business more than 25 years’ experience across finance, HR and organisational development. Her commercial background and professional coaching skill base is a natural fit with GCI as she has a genuine appreciation of the direct benefits that professional development and cultural change can bring to an organisation’s bottom-line results.

Prior to joining GCI, Debbie held consecutive roles as Financial Controller and Human Resources & Organisational Development Manager at E*TRADE Australia where she cultivated her strong interest in professional development. Debbie’s extensive commercial background has shaped her ability to think strategically and identify organisational structures and processes that support the core purpose of the business.

Debbie’s introduction to GCI was as a client of GCI. She was one of the first participants in GCI’s market-leading Coaching Accreditation Program. As well as her core business role with GCI, Debbie is also a fully accredited Leadership Coach working with GCI clients including educational leaders, school staff and middle management.

Her qualifications include: Bachelor of Business from University of Technology; Certified Practicing Accountant, Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants; GCI Accredited Coach; Strategic Human Resources from the Australian Institute of Management; Member of the International Coaching Federation and Council Member at Sancta Sophia College.
