The following cancellation policy applies to CAP programs:

All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing or by email to info@growthcoaching.com.au

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellations of Phases 1-3 (whole program) greater than 4 weeks prior to the program attract no fees and the full program fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations or transfers of Phases 1-3 (whole program) greater than 1 week but less than 4 weeks prior to starting Phase 1 of the program:
    • $100 plus GST transfer fee for rescheduling to another program or
    • 30% of the program fee plus GST for cancellation requests
  • Cancellations or transfers of Phases 1 – 3 (whole program) up to 1 week prior to the starting Phase 1 of the program:
    • $100 per program day plus GST transfer fee for rescheduling to another program or
    • 50% of the program fee plus GST for cancellation requests
  • There is no refund or credit for “no-shows” the day of the program.

In exceptional circumstances when participants have completed Phase 1 and need to change cohort groups for Phase 3, it will be necessary for them to redo Phase 1 with another cohort. A transfer fee of $400 plus GST will be applicable.

In the event that the Program is cancelled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee.
