Charlotte has extensive educational leadership experience in Victoria and the UK as a senior educational executive having been a secondary teacher, Principal and system leader.

The key focus of her work is to enable schools to grow and flourish in response to the challenges of continuous improvement. This work entails mentoring and coaching Principals and leadership teams, covering such ground as school culture, organisational structures and accountabilities, performance management, the interpretation of school data, pedagogy and curriculum design. In addition to her hands-on experience within schools, she has also been engaged in facilitating and leading cross-sectorial professional learning with collaborative teams of Principals.

Charlotte is committed to increase the strategic impact that effective school leadership has in raising the achievement levels of all children and young people.

Current and recent work includes coaching and mentoring Principals, leadership teams and Business Managers across all three sectors. Over the last 12 months she has been the project leader for the professional development program in support of the roll out of the new Performance and Development for Educational Support Staff in Victorian government schools. Charlotte also runs workshops for school leadership teams focusing on highly effective team performance.

She has an MBA from Durham University and was awarded The Independent MBA Student of the Year, UK. She is a member of Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), Australian College of Educators (ACE), Australian Council of Educational Leadership (ACEL) and is Deputy Chair of Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS). She is an Accredited Executive Coach (Growth Coaching International).
