Mandy has used coaching to great effect in her career as a teacher, principal and consultant. This broad experience gives her facilitation and coaching the depth and flexibility to meet the individual needs of the schools and individuals with whom she works. Mandy is particularly focused on the intersection between coaching and Australian Professional Standards for Teachers for teachers, school leaders and those aspiring to Highly Accomplished and Lead levels.
