Mandy Fisher
Mandy facilitates practical, researched professional learning for principals, executive, teachers and support staff to show how coaching can be used to enhance teaching and learning in schools. Mandy has used coaching to great effect in her career as a teacher, principal and consultant. This broad experience gives her facilitation and coaching the depth and flexibility to meet the individual needs of the schools and individuals with whom she works. Mandy is particularly focused on the intersection between coaching and Australian Professional Standards for Teachers for teachers, school leaders and those aspiring to Highly Accomplished and Lead levels.
Mandy knows from experience that the Growth Coaching model is effective in supporting individuals and teams in schools to develop meaningful goals and draw on their own considerable capacity to achieve the very best outcomes for students and their families. Coaching gives individuals ownership of their work that feeds their passion, enhances their performance and fulfils their potential.
