Raising Performance is an innovative and practical one day workshop
that teaches you how to turn performance conversations from difficult to constructive.

This is a practical workshop for any Leader or Manager who conducts performance review discussions as part of their role. You will discover how to turn performance conversations around, so that they motivate, clarify and inspire your staff, enabling the manager to bring out the best from each member of the team.

Instead of avoiding difficult conversations, you will be ready to embrace the opportunities for more constructive conversations to raise the level of performance in your organisation, using a Solutions Focus approach.

Participants will learn how to enhance the performance of their team, by raising their awareness of who is responsible for what, and practicing skills to get the best out of people.

Who Is This Program Suitable For?

  • Leaders who want to develop a set of practical skills for having performance discussions with team members and employees
  • Leaders and Managers who want to develop the performance of their teams for enhanced organisational success
  • Note: Participants should have a grounding in leadership coaching and should have already completed the 2-day Introduction to Leadership Coaching program
