Liz is an experienced educator, school and system leader who is committed to coaching and enhancing the development of teachers and leaders, for the wellbeing and success of students.

As a system leader, Liz has fulfilled a diversity of roles. Most recently she provided strategic and operational leadership to the Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools, Leadership Development team. Previously, Liz worked with the School Improvement team and earlier in her career, she was responsible for leading and managing a systemic literacy project across Catholic schools in Victoria. Liz was Deputy Principal of a large Prep to Year 12 College for almost a decade. She has also worked as an educational consultant based in New York City, partnering with schools to mentor and coach teachers, learning leaders and principals to improve the academic outcomes of students.

Fundamental to all her work is: building trusting, respectful, professional relationships; seeking to act with integrity and humility in all her interactions; and, deeply respecting the dignity and diversity of each person.

Liz holds a Master of Educational Leadership, a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Primary Teaching. She is an accredited GCI Coach and retains registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
