Consultant Coach


Brenda has had extensive experience as a coach since 2009 with the Institute for Professional Learning and is an accredited coach and consultant with Growth Coaching International, successfully coaching clients to achieve performance goals linking to the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership Standards.

She has been a Principal, Deputy Principal and School Development Officer - supporting and facilitating change at an individual, whole school and district level.

Brenda is recognised for her ability to connect easily with individuals at all levels and is passionate about motivating people to tap into their strengths, while supporting them to take action towards future success. She is an accredited leader facilitating training for teachers, leaders and youth workers in an internationally recognised youth coaching program. She has also been involved in coordinating and supporting academic programs and lecturing at a Curtin University Regional Education Centre and has lecturered and been a professional practice supervisor at Curtin, Murdoch and Edith Cowan Universities. Brenda also works as a Career Strategy Consultant in an executive outplacement organisation - providing support and coaching to clients across a broad range of roles and industries.

Brenda holds a Bachelor of Education as well as a Diploma of Education and is an Accredited GCI Coach. She believes that ‘Powerful coaching conversations lead to action, accountability and ultimately transformation’.
