Lucy Carroll joined Growth Coaching International (GCI) in 2019 and is excited to be collaborating with a team deeply committed to enhancing the quality of conversations in education communities.

A motivated and diligent educator, Lucy has over 30 years’ experience in diverse settings in Australia and internationally. Her professional life has included work as a teacher, museum educator, curriculum advisor, project manager, consultant to schools, coach and facilitator of adult learning.

Most recently Lucy has worked at the Institute of Positive Education, Geelong Grammar School, promoting student, staff and family wellbeing through education programs, innovation and research in the field of positive psychology. This role has taken Lucy into schools across all sectors in Australia and as far afield as Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and Germany. Prior to that, Lucy led a multidisciplinary team at Catholic Education Melbourne in the development and facilitation of quality professional learning for teachers and school leaders. Lucy is an accredited coach with GCI, holds a Master of Education, University of Melbourne and is a governor of Iona College, Geelong. She is energised by working with individuals and teams to take a solutions-focused approach and amplify good practice.
