Brenda Sinclair-Jones
Brenda has had extensive experience as a teacher, educational leader, consultant and facilitator in schools and other educational contexts for more than 35 years. For the past 10 years she has honed her skills as a coach, and her current role with Growth Coaching International has enabled her to support principals, teachers and other support workers to make a difference in schools. Brenda successfully coaches her clients to identify and achieve their performance goals and believes that “Powerful coaching conversations lead to action, accountability and ultimately transformation.”
Brenda is recognised for her ability to connect easily with individuals at all levels and is passionate about motivating people to tap into their strengths, while supporting them to take action towards future success. Her work with newly appointed principals and aspirant leaders is equally important to her as the work she does with very experienced leaders. Brenda also enjoys coaching new coaches to develop their expertise whilst going through the coaching accreditation process and providing feedback to them on their coaching development.
