Dr Mark Dowley
Mark is an educator, school leader, and coach with over 15 years of experience leading coaching and improvement work in schools all over the world. He has held senior leadership roles including Head of Year, Director, and Associate Head, and is known for supporting teachers and leaders to strengthen instructional practice, leadership capability, and professional culture.
His work is grounded in evidence informed decision making and a belief that coaching is a powerful lever for improving engagement, behaviour, and learning.
Mark works with individuals, teams, and whole schools to embed coaching into everyday practice, creating cultures that are practical, sustainable, and focused on lasting impact. He is also an author and contributor to multiple books on coaching, leadership, and behaviour.
