With over 20 years of experience in education, recruitment and the welfare industry, she has a wealth of knowledge and skills to help clients achieve their goals and aspirations. Maria has successfully held leadership roles as an Instructional Leader and Deputy Principal in school context and has worked as an Educational Consultant and facilitator with schools across Australia.
Maria believes that coaching is a powerful tool for personal and professional development and that every conversation is an opportunity to learn and grow. She is committed to creating a culture of trust, respect and collaboration with her clients and colleagues.
