Sophie Paterson
Sophie is a Senior GROWTH Coach and experienced facilitator committed to connecting people’s passions with their day-today work. Sophie’s passion for enquiry-based learning, instructional improvement and leadership development has connected her with educators around Australia and internationally.
Sophie is a LEAD accredited teacher (AITSL) and has advised on strategic planning panels for pre-service teacher accreditation. Sophie has taught and led in rural and metropolitan NSW Primary schools since 2002.
Sophie has been commended for her enthusiastic and positive connection to her coachees who describe her coaching style as described warm, engaging and relaxed. Sophie’s unconditional positive regard for her clients supports them to step out of their comfort zones, broaden their perspective-taking capacity and develop new ways of being in their work and personal lives.
