Gray is responsible for business management and development for GCI in Victoria. This includes the management and support of the Victorian coaching team and project management for coaching programs run through the Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership.

He is an experienced coach and facilitator with an extensive background in educational leadership. He has been a teacher, secondary school principal, senior education officer, regional network leader and school reviewer for the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.

Gray is highly regarded for his integrity, professionalism and outcomes focus. His motivational and engaging style and highly attuned listening skills enable him to develop positive, meaningful and trusting relationships with clients.
